Please be advised, that a voluntary safety inspection has been issued for the TerrAdaptor Portable Anchor System units equipped with a Half Plate showing lot number 11624 (etched on the rear gray plate of the tripod head frame):

- NFPA230107-MIL Black TerrAdaptor - military Compliant with Black Bags and black Hobbles
PRODUCT AFFECTED:
SMC TerrAdaptor Portable Anchor Systems equipped with a Half Plate from lot number 11624
(sold October 2023 to present).
A customer notice is attached complete with instructions for self-inspection and remedial action should an issue be identified. In the unlikely event that any units are identified during inspection, there is a direct contact number and email address for US Factory customer services. OVERVIEW:
Harken has been informed that a customer received a TerrAdaptor Portable Anchor System without the three internal screws that secure the Half Plate to the Bolt Plate. This condition was identified during initial use. No injuries occurred.
Harken is committed to ensuring the safety, reliability, and confidence of
all users of our equipment. After learning about this issue, we completed a review of all relevant assembly procedures to help prevent recurrence.
REQUEST FOR INSPECTION:
Although we believe this to be an isolated incident, we request that all customers in possession of a TerrAdaptor Portable Anchor System with a Half Plate marked lot number 11624 perform an inspection at their earliest opportunity.
