We continue to fulfill orders as normal. We are not experiencing any stock shortages at present due to COVID-19. Courier deliveries are proceeding, but next day delivery is not guaranteed.
Our phone lines remain open 9am to 5pm, although if we are busy, you may find yourself speaking to our Operations Director or Managing Director! As always we continue to take orders online www.abaris.co.uk 24 hours a day.
The safety of our staff and our customers is critical in our minds, so one minor change is that we have closed the bricks and mortar shop for walk-in sales. Online sales are operating as normal. Collections of vital equipment can be made from the door by prior arrangement, please call the office 01484 768277 if you need to do this, and do not be offended when a member of staff is not available to hand the order over or discuss anything in person.
While we aim to ensure our business can continue to operate as normally as possible, we also assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure we are doing our bit during this unprecedented event.
