We pride ourselves on our excellent service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday we will try to send it out that day, for next working day delivery. Orders:
- placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day
- placed after 3pm on a Friday or at a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day
- Orders to the Highlands, Islands and Out of Area may be a two-day delivery and overseas will be longer
Please call us for time-critical orders, so we can process the order as a matter of urgency and confirm the delivery schedule.
All goods are subject to availability. If we can't supply your goods within 30 days from the date of order, we will inform you immediately and let you know the expected delivery date.
Courier service
If you opt for a courier delivery, you will receive an email or text on the day we despatch your order, informing you that it is enroute. On the morning of delivery, at around 07:30, you will receive a further email or text giving you a 1-hour delivery time slot. Please therefore ensure that you have given us the correct mobile number and email address.
Couriers are extremely busy during Christmas and the sales, so please allow extra time.
We will not be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late or failed deliveries.

Ac.Multisafe Womens Jacket
Ladies fit. Two-toned. Fluorescent, with oblique transverse reflective strips. ULTIMATE STRETCH. Anti-static, acid-protective and flame retardent. Protects from electric arcs. High collar. Quick release zipper closure and double storm flap. Strap for gas alarm. Prepared for attachment of ID card. Front pockets with a zip. Elastic at cuffs and waist. With print effects.
The product has a PFAS-free surface treatment that is repellent and resistant to the permeation of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide in accordance with EN 13034 Type 6.

ULTIMATE STRETCH.According to EN ISO 20471, this product is certified to retain its properties with 50 domestic washes or 40 industrial washes.Impregnation is required after each wash to maintain EN 13034 protection.
Customisation and Logoing
Due to the unique properties of the fabric, logo printing is only available through the use of specific transfer types. As this is a safety product, we strongly recommend that MASCOT affix the logo to reduce the risk of errors. Please contact us for further information. The product is certified with a maximum logo area of 0,1500m². This approved area must not be exceeded. Logos respectively on the front or back of the product, can only constitute a maximum of 50% of the total approved logo area in order to maintain the EN ISO 20471-certification. Note: The listed area is only a guide to how much space is available for logo placement. In order to maintain the product’s hi-vis class according to EN ISO 20471, the instructions on logo size must be observed.
