The ultralight, compact entry-level ActSafe ICX power ascender has been developed for a safe and efficient transport of persons in hard-to-reach areas. Paired with a rope, the ActSafe ICX forms an incredibly flexible system for the straightforward and cost-efficient cleaning and maintenance of complex structures. Its intuitive operation is effortlessly managed with a thumb wheel, enabling precise work. Equipped with a high-performance "Husqvarna" BLi200 battery, the hoist achieves an ascent speed of 24 m/min. The maximum battery range is 230 m with a 100 kg load and at a temperature of 20°C . Thanks to its IP55 rating, the ActSafe ICX can be used in all weather conditions. Rope loading is straightforward, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time. Additionally, the control of the ActSafe ICX can be taken over by a second person on the ground using a remote control. This allows for the automatic ascent or descent of the individual operating the device, in case they are unable to do so themselves. Operating and utilizing the ActSafe ICX is quickly and easily learned through user training.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday we will try to send it out that day, for next working day delivery. Orders:
- placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day
- placed after 3pm on a Friday or at a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day
- Orders to the Highlands, Islands and Out of Area may be a two-day delivery and overseas will be longer
Please call us for time-critical orders, so we can process the order as a matter of urgency and confirm the delivery schedule.
All goods are subject to availability. If we can't supply your goods within 30 days from the date of order, we will inform you immediately and let you know the expected delivery date.
Courier service
If you opt for a courier delivery, you will receive an email or text on the day we despatch your order, informing you that it is enroute. On the morning of delivery, at around 07:30, you will receive a further email or text giving you a 1-hour delivery time slot. Please therefore ensure that you have given us the correct mobile number and email address.
Couriers are extremely busy during Christmas and the sales, so please allow extra time.
We will not be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late or failed deliveries.

In combination with our proven SKYRAIL, the battery-operated ACX POWER ASCENDER forms a highly flexible facade access system for the simple cleaning and maintenance of complex building structures. The SKYRAIL is mounted to the facia or facade and both the working rope (e.g. SUPER STATIC 11.0) and the backup rope are connected to a SKYRAIL runner. For building cleaners and maintenance technicians, it is child's play to move across a facade or rope up loads, because no muscle power is required. Movement with the device is possible from top to bottom and from left to right and vice versa - so any desired working position can be achieved. In addition, no expensive facade access system or mobile elevated work platform is required. In an emergency, the ACX can be controlled by remote control. The operation and use of the ACX is quick and easy to learn.

Personnel lifting
The ICX Ascender, developed for a safe and efficient transport of persons in hard-to-reach areas
Basic requirements:
The rope system must consist of a primary work rope system and a secondary backup rope system. For personnel lifting the primary rope used in the Ascender must be approved to EN1891 A and have a diameter of 11 mm (7/16”) and the backup system must fulfill the respective requirements. Each rope system must be connected to an anchor that meets the appropriate personal lifting requirements. A competent person shall judge if the anchor points are sufficient and safe to use.
DO NOT USE the Ascender without a backup system. Take particular care of the suitability of the system when lifting more than one person.
Equipment, Material and Tool Lifting
The ICX Ascender is, in combination with the Skylotec Equipment Lifting Rope (ELR), approved under the Machinery Directive as an equipment lifting system provided that all other equipment used also meets lifting requirements. The lifting system must be connected to an appropriate anchor that meets requirements for load lifting anchors (a competent person shall judge if the anchor is sufficient and safe to use).
