At height UK Drill Winch Pro - Drill Powered Ascender
The Drill Winch by At Height is an easy to use device suitable for lifting and lowering loads and people. Controlled lifting by using a high torque drill and controlled lowering by using the lever handle. It can be used attached to a high anchor point for example in confined space applications, or attached to a low anchor point and rigged through a deviation pulley or used personally by attaching to your harness.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday we will try to send it out that day, for next working day delivery. Orders:
- placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day
- placed after 3pm on a Friday or at a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day
- Orders to the Highlands, Islands and Out of Area may be a two-day delivery and overseas will be longer
Please call us for time-critical orders, so we can process the order as a matter of urgency and confirm the delivery schedule.
All goods are subject to availability. If we can't supply your goods within 30 days from the date of order, we will inform you immediately and let you know the expected delivery date.
Courier service
If you opt for a courier delivery, you will receive an email or text on the day we despatch your order, informing you that it is enroute. On the morning of delivery, at around 07:30, you will receive a further email or text giving you a 1-hour delivery time slot. Please therefore ensure that you have given us the correct mobile number and email address.
Couriers are extremely busy during Christmas and the sales, so please allow extra time.
We will not be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late or failed deliveries.

Some of the timed delivery options are available via the website, for others including a Sunday delivery, please call the office for a confirmed price and to arrange the alternate delivery.

Personnel lifting
The DW3, when used to lift people, must be used with personal protective equipment approved for work at height, rope access and/or rope rescue.
Basic requirements:
The rope system must consist of a primary work rope system and a secondary backup rope system. For personnel lifting the primary rope used in the Ascender must be approved to EN1891 A and have a diameter of 10.5 - 11.5mm and the backup system must fulfil the respective requirements. Each rope system must be connected to an anchor that meets the appropriate personal lifting requirements. A competent person shall judge if the anchor points are sufficient and safe to use.
DO NOT USE the Ascender without a backup system. Take particular care of the suitability of the system when lifting more than one person.
Equipment, Material and Tool Lifting
The DW3 Drill Ascender is, in combination with EN1891 Type A rope, approved under the Machinery Directive as an equipment lifting system provided that all other equipment used also meets lifting requirements. The lifting system must be connected to an appropriate anchor that meets requirements for load lifting anchors (a competent person shall judge if the anchor is sufficient and safe to use.)
