We pride ourselves on our excellent service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday we will try to send it out that day, for next working day delivery. Orders:
- placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day
- placed after 3pm on a Friday or at a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day
- Orders to the Highlands, Islands and Out of Area may be a two-day delivery and overseas will be longer
Please call us for time-critical orders, so we can process the order as a matter of urgency and confirm the delivery schedule.
All goods are subject to availability. If we can't supply your goods within 30 days from the date of order, we will inform you immediately and let you know the expected delivery date.
Courier service
If you opt for a courier delivery, you will receive an email or text on the day we despatch your order, informing you that it is enroute. On the morning of delivery, at around 07:30, you will receive a further email or text giving you a 1-hour delivery time slot. Please therefore ensure that you have given us the correct mobile number and email address.
Couriers are extremely busy during Christmas and the sales, so please allow extra time.
We will not be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late or failed deliveries.

We can arrange timed deliveries for:
Weekdays:
- pre-10:30am
- pre-12 (midday)
Weekends:
- Saturday pre-10:30am
- Saturday pre-12 (midday)
- Sunday (anytime)
Some of the timed delivery options are available via the website, for others including a Sunday delivery, please call the office for a confirmed price and to arrange the alternate delivery.
Important Note:
Timed deliveries are subject to stock availability (we will contact you if any of your order is not in stock, so you can confirm if you would like us to split the delivery) and must be placed by 3pm Monday to Friday. Please call us if it's after 3pm as we may still be able to catch our couriers.

A screw-on plastic adaptor for ear defenders with a bayonet attachement, for use on Kask Plasma AQ and Super Plasma helmets. Suitable for the range of Kask ear protection but also compatible with Peltor H520 ear muffs with helmet attachment fitting.

Kask Clear Visor V2 Plus
The Kask Visor V2 Plus is their next generation polycarbonate high performance visor. The Visor V2 Plus is designed specifically for the Kask Plasma and Superplasma helmet range. It’s an Optical Class 1 visor for regular use. It provides protection against small object impact and ultraviolet (UV) light from the sunlight. The wrap-around panoramic industrial visor provides enough room to wear glasses underneath. The well-designed smooth and rounded edges provide cut-free use and the rubberised top edge helps to prevent rain ingress.
Kask Smoke Visor V2 Plus
The Kask Visor V2 Plus is their next generation polycarbonate high performance visor. The Visor V2 Plus is designed specifically for the Kask Plasma and Superplasma helmet range. It’s an Optical Class 1 visor for regular use. It provides protection against small object impact and ultraviolet (UV) light from the sunlight. The Visor V2 Plus Smoke also provides protections from sun glare. The wrap-around panoramic industrial visor provides enough room to wear glasses underneath. The well-designed smooth and rounded edges provide cut-free use and the rubberised top edge helps to prevent rain ingress.
Kask Internal Winter Helmet Liner (for Plasma and Super Plasma Helmets)
Made in a Tek series fabric which provides a moisture wicking membrane, the Kask winter helmet liner offers considerable resistance to cold, wind and water. Holes over the ears ensure the user can still hear. The helmet chin strap can be threaded through the small keeper straps at the base of the cheek section to ensure the liner stays in place both when the helmet is in use and when the helmet is not on the users head. The liner is hand and machine washable (at 30°C).

Kask Superplasma PL Hi Viz Helmet
The lightweight Kask Superplasma PL Hi Viz is a vented climbing helmet designed for industrial use and conforming to EN12492. It has fluorescent headlamp clips (not on the black version) and reflective stickers. The Super Plasma PL’s lightness is made possible by the high-density polystyrene insert, which absorbs impact forces. The strong chinstrap, which releases above 500N (50kg), ensures that the helmet stays on your head in the event of an impact. This makes it an ideal work at height helmet and also a technical rope rescue helmet.
Although the Super Plasma helmet has not been through the tests for EN397 (Industrial safety helmets), it uses exactly the same shell as the Kask Plasma AQ which has. The Superplasma therefore meets or exceeds the following tests:
- Side deformation (LD)
- Molten metal splash (MM)
- Very low temperatures (-30°C)
- Shock absorption
- Penetration

The Super Plasma PL’s lightness is made possible by the high-density polystyrene insert, which absorbs impact forces. The strong chinstrap, which releases above 500N (50kg), ensures that the helmet stays on your head in the event of an impact. Kask Plasma Hi Viz Helmet
The lightweight Kask Plasma Hi Viz is a vented safety helmet for industrial use conforming to EN397. It has fluorescent headlamp clips (not on the black version) and reflective stickers. The Plasma’s lightness is made possible by the high-density polystyrene insert, which absorbs impact forces. The ‘weaker’ chinstrap which releases between 150N and 250N (15kg-25kg), limits the risk of choking or strangulation, making this safety helmet particularly suitable for Ambulance Hazardous Area Response Teams (HART). It also meets the optional requirements of the mountaineering Standard for helmets EN12492:
- Side deformation (LD)
- Molten metal splash (MM)
- Very low temperatures (-30°C)
- Shock absorption
- Penetration
Although a safety helmet conforming to EN397 is particularly suitable as a groundwork helmet, some Health & Safety officers accept it as a work at height safety helmet. It’s fit for purpose for both uses.
