Description: Petzl Stop Descender - A self-braking (fails to safe when the handle is released) descender for single rope. Rate of descent is varied by the grip on the free end of rope. Rope climbing is possible by adding a footloop and rope clamp. Spring clip allows the rope to be inserted without removing the Stop from the harness. Replaceable cam and friction bobbin.
