Price Match Promise Terms and Conditions

We aim to be as competitive on price as possible without detriment to our level of service, so if you find an item cheaper than on the abaris.co.uk website then please contact us with the details and we will endevour to match or even beat the price.

In order to price match the item must conform to the points below:

1. The product being price matched must be new and identical in specification
2. The product must be in stock at our competitor and available for immediate purchase (over the counter) or purchase and despatch / delivery (on the internet)
3. Prices must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges where applicable 
4. Abaris International Limited must be able to verify the offer with the competitor
5. Price match is applicable against any competitor to Abaris International Limited on the UK mainland, including any UK websites, but excludes auction sites, market stalls, private sales, liquidation sales or typographical errors
6. All Price Match transactions are at the discretion of Abaris International Limited
7. Abaris International Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time
